Q: What NIJ protection levels do your bulletproof plates/vests meet?
A: Our equipment meets NIJ rifle threat protection level III/IV standards and pistol threat protection level IIIA standards. Specific level information can be found on each product page.

Q: How can I verify the authenticity of your NIJ test report?
A: Please open the pop-up window on the right side of the website and we will download the signed original test report and certificate to cross-check with our testing partner's database.

Warranty and Returns
Q: What does the 10-year warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and NIJ-specified ballistic performance. Damage caused by normal wear and tear/misuse is excluded.

Q: Can I return the equipment if it doesn't fit?
A: Yes! Please use our 30-day free return and exchange policy.

Q: Do I need a reason to initiate a return?

A: No. Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for any reason.

A: Only the outer straps can be washed. Never soak the plates in water - only wipe with a damp cloth.

Q: What is the lifespan of an unused body armor?
A: 5-7 years if stored properly (cool, dry, flat). Warranty covers replacement if performance deteriorates within 5 years.

Q: Are your plates compatible with other brands of straps?
